Re-orders should be taken back to school within 7 days

Once you have made an initial order, additional orders can be made directly with me

Please remember to include your proof card as orders will not be processed without it

Please treat the downloaded order form as an add on to the proof/s you have received from school. The only difference is on the PRICES page you have a few extra pack options that are not present on the proof card. When you return your order to school you will simply be including an extra A4 order form - everything else should be treated the same
